I offer therapy at a cost of £55 per session.

HOW LONG DO SESSIONS LAST? HOW FREQUENTLY WOULD WE MEET?

Sessions are 50 minutes long and are usually weekly.

WHERE DO SESSIONS TAKE PLACE?

I am able to see clients Face to Face or online via zoom to meet individual requirements. I offer Face to Face sessions from a purpose built therapy room at Bodywise Pilates in Salisbury, Wilts.

DO YOU OFFER ONLINE SESSIONS?

Yes - I can work remotely, over zoom or telephone. During our initial conversation, we can discuss the most appropriate setting for our work together - be that face to face or online.

HOW MANY SESSIONS WOULD I NEED?

I am happy to work long or short term with you, depending on individual need or circumstances. Following initial conversations, we would make a plan together.
